Description

Relance du marché à la suite d'une déclaration sans suite pour infructuosité. Le présent marché a pour objet la location avec entretien d'un parc de 5 véhicules, type SUV compact, équipés conformément aux missions de la Police Municipale de la Ville de Saint-Raphaël. Les propositions porteront sur la location simple sans option d'achat. Le marché prend effet à compter de sa date de notification au titulaire. La date de notification de la décision d'admission constitue, pour chaque véhicule : le point de départ de l'exécution des prestations de location fixée à 3 ans et le point de départ de la facturation des loyers. Les prestations sont réglées par un prix global forfaitaire (location, assurance et entretien). A compter de la deuxième année d'exécution, les prix initiaux du marché pourront être révisés annuellement. Aucune clause de garantie financière ne sera appliquée
