Kadangi 3-iai pirkimo objekto daliai nepateiktas nei vienas pasiūlymas, vadovaujantis Viešųjų pirkimų įstatymo 29 straipsnio 2 dalies 4 punkto nuostata, kurioje nustatyta, kad „Pirkimo (ar atskiros pirkimo dalies) ar projekto konkurso procedūros baigiasi, kai per nustatytą terminą nepateikiama nė vienos paraiškos, pasiūlymo, projekto konkurso plano ar projekto“ pirkimas 3-ioje pirkimo objekto dalyje laikomas pasibaigusiu.
