Pirkimo objektas apima kompleksines miesto bendrojo naudojimo teritorijų priežiūros ir valymo paslaugas, kurios apima nuolatinę ir vienkartinę gatvių, šaligatvių, aikščių, pėsčiųjų takų, mašinų stovėjimo aikštelių bei laiptų priežiūrą. Esant poreikiui vykdomas sniego valymas, sniego surinkimas bei nuvežimas, gatvėse ir mašinų stovėjimo aikštelėse, taip pat visų tipų dangų barstymas slydimą mažinančiomis medžiagomis. Šiltuoju metų laiku vykdomas asfaltbetonio ir kitų dangų šlavimas, nuolatinė laiptų bei takų priežiūra bei nepageidaujamos augmenijos naikinimas. Paslaugos perkamos pagal fiksuotus paslaugų vienetų įkainius, derinant nuolatinę (mėnesinę) priežiūrą su operatyviomis vienkartinėmis paslaugomis bei atsiskaitant už faktiškai suteiktas paslaugas pagal nustatytus ploto arba mechanizmų darbo valandų įkainius.
