2026.NP-3819 Perkama: 1. renginio planavimo, konsultavimo, organizavimo ir aptarnavimo paslaugos; 2. renginio įrangos nuomos ir aptarnavimo paslaugos; 3. renginio konstrukcijų nuomos ir aptarnavimo paslaugos; 4. darbo ar neformalaus susitikimo viešojo maitinimo įstaigoje organizavimo paslaugos. Preliminariosios sutarties galiojimo laikotarpiu, atsižvelgiant į faktinį Perkančiosios organizacijos poreikį, su preliminariosios sutarties šalimis bus sudaromos pagrindinės paslaugų teikimo sutartys. Kiekvienos pagrindinės paslaugų teikimo sutarties trukmė negali būti ilgesnė kaip 36 (trisdešimt šeši) mėnesiai nuo pagrindinės sutarties įsigaliojimo dienos. Pagrindinės paslaugų teikimo sutartys gali būti sudaromos ir galiotų ir po preliminariosios sutarties pabaigos, jeigu jos sudarytos preliminariosios sutarties galiojimo laikotarpiu. Visų pagrindinių sutarčių bendra paslaugų teikimo trukmė negali viršyti 48 mėnesių, skaičiuojant nuo pirmosios pagrindinės sutarties įsigaliojimo dienos.
