Perkamos Paslaugos teikiamos vadovaujantis Lietuvos Respublikos socialinės apsaugos ir darbo ministro 2017 m. gegužės 23 d. įsakymu Nr. A1-257 „Dėl užimtumo didinimo programų rengimo ir jų finansavimo tvarkos aprašo patvirtinimo“ patvirtintu Užimtumo didinimo programų rengimo ir jų finansavimo aprašu, Kauno miesto savivaldybės tarybos 2025 m. gruodžio 16 d. sprendimu Nr. T-996 „Dėl Kauno miesto savivaldybės 2026 metų užimtumo didinimo programos patvirtinimo“ ir juos įgyvendinančiais teisės aktais. Paslaugos bus teikiamos Kauno miesto savivaldybės teritorijoje gyvenantiems asmenims, patenkantiems į Lietuvos Respublikos užimtumo įstatymo 20 straipsnio 2 dalies 1 punkte, 5 dalyje, 48 straipsnio 2 dalyje nurodytas tikslines grupes, ir registruotiems Užimtumo tarnybos prie Lietuvos Respublikos socialinės apsaugos ir darbo ministerijos Kauno skyriuose
