Pirkimo objektas skaidomas į 3 dalis :1 pirkimo objekto dalis - Prano Gudyno restauravimo centro pastatai (Rūdininkų g. 8,10, Vilnius); 2 pirkimo objekto dalis - Vilniaus Jonušo Radvilos rūmų pastatų kompleksas (Vilniaus g. 24, Vilnius); 3 pirkimo objekto dalis - Vytauto Kasiulio dailės muziejus (Goštauto g. 1, Vilnius). Sutarčiai ir galimiems jos keitimo atvejams taikoma mišri kainodara: fiksuotos kainos (inžinerinių sistemų priežiūrai ir aptarnavimui), fiksuoto įkainio (remonto paslaugoms), sutarties vykdymo išlaidų atlyginimo (keičiamoms detalėms).
