Perkančioji organizacija numato įsigyti modulinių (konteinerinių) patalpų miestelio įrengimo, nuomos, administravimo ir techninės priežiūros paslaugas, skirtas laikinai apgyvendinti iki 1000 asmenų (pagal poreikį - nuo 500 ir daugiau) ekstremalių situacijų ar laikino apgyvendinimo atvejais. Pirkimo objektą sudaro vientisas konteinerinių (modulinių) patalpų miestelio įrengimo ir eksploatavimo sprendimas, apimantis: a) konteinerinių / modulinių statinių tiekimą (nuomą) ir įrengimą; b) inžinerinių tinklų bei teritorijos infrastruktūros įrengimą; c) administravimo, aptarnavimo ir techninės priežiūros paslaugas.
