The Central Procurement Office (CPO LT) is running a public procurement on behalf of the Lithuanian Medicines Control Office under the Ministry of Health. It establishes a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) to acquire expert services related to participation in European Medicines Agency (EMA) procedures, performing senior expert functions in quality, preclinical, clinical, statistics or pharmacovigilance assessment. Suppliers able to provide these pharmaceutical expert services may apply under the DPS procedure, which allows economic operators to join throughout the system's validity.
