Description

Projektavimo tikslas: parengti Panevėžio lopšelio-darželio „Jūratė“ vidaus patalpų ir ugdymo aplinkos modernizavimo techninį darbo projektą. Suprojektuoti šiuos darbus: suprojektuoti numatytų pirmo aukšto patalpų ir erdvių (nurodytose plane) remontą bei perplanavimą ir patekimą į jas (pagal Prieinamumas visiems reikalavimus-pandusas), vadovaujantis aprašo 2021-2030 m. plėtros programos valdytojos Lietuvos Respublikos švietimo, mokslo ir sporto ministerijos Švietimo plėtros programos pažangos priemonės 12-003-03-02-17 (RE) „Plėtoti įvairialypį švietimą vykdant visos dienos mokyklų veiklą“ finansavimo gairėmis. Modernizuojamose patalpose suprojektuoti - naujas inžinerines sistemas, numatant naujų magistralinių sistemų pajungimą už modernizuojamų patalpų (šildymo, karšto, šalto vandens, buitinių nuotekų, vėdinimo-oro kondicionavimo, elektrotechninė dalis, elektroninių ryšių (telekomunikacijų - kompiuteriniai, vaizdo perdavimo tinklai), apsauginė ir priešgaisrinė signalizacijos (naujos ir/arba prijungimas prie esamų sistemų), įvadinių elektros skydų keitimas modernizuojamoms patalpoms ir visam pastatui), durų keitimas, lauko laiptų remontas kur būtina.
