Perkamos paslaugos apima techninio darbo projekto, tvarkybos darbų projekto parengimą pagal pridedamą Statinio projektavimo užduotį (techninė užduotis) su priedais ir projekto vykdymo priežiūrą per visą statybos laikotarpį iki objekto statybos darbų užbaigimą patvirtinančio dokumento gavimo. Išsamesnė perkamų paslaugų informacija ir reikalavimai pateikiami Statinio projektavimo užduotyje su priedais (techninė užduotis; konkurso sąlygų 8 priedas). Šis pirkimas į dalis neskaidomas, todėl tiekėjas turi pateikti pasiūlymą visai pirkimo apimčiai bendrai.
