Description

Perkančioji organizacija numato įsigyti kitų inžinerinių statinių ir pakrantės sutvarkymo žemės sklypuose (unikalus Nr. 4400-5267-6485 ir unikalus Nr. 4400-4400-6839-2009) prie Kuršių marių Kintų mstl., Šilutės r. sav. statybos projekto parengimo ir projekto vykdymo priežiūros paslaugas (toliau Paslaugos). Projektavimo paslaugų terminas - 12 (dvylika) mėnesių nuo sutarties įsigaliojimo dienos, Tiekėjas turi teisę į Paslaugų suteikimo termino pratęsimą (ne ilgiau nei 2 mėnesių laikotarpiui), tačiau tik tuo atveju, jei atsiranda įrodymais pagrįstų kliūčių ar trukdymų, kurių atsiradimui Tiekėjas neturi įtakos ir už kuriuos jis neatsako, ir kurie sukelti ir priskirtini tretiesiems asmenims, ar kitų aplinkybių, kurių Tiekėjas negalėjo iš anksto numatyti (detaliau Specialiųjų pirkimų sąlygų 8 priedo „Sutarties projektas“ specialiųjų sąlygų 4.2. p.). Statinio projekto vykdymo priežiūros paslaugų pradžia - statybos darbų pradžios data, pabaiga - statybos darbų pabaigos data, bet ne ilgiau kaip 36 mėnesiai. PAPILDYTA 2026-05-07: pasikeitus žemės sklypo unikaliam numeriui (buvęs žemės sklypo Un. Nr. 4400-5884-4149, kurį žemės sklypo patikėtinis padalijo), atlikti pirkimo dokumentų redakcinio pobūdžio patikslinimai, nes projektuojamo objekto vieta, preliminarus užimamas plotas, taigi ir pirkimo objektas iš esmės nesikeičia, t. y. vietoje „unik. Nr. 4400-5884-4149“ įrašomas „unik. Nr. 4400-6839-2009“ (pridedami atnaujinti dokumentai).
