1. Pirkimo objektas - AB Lietuvos paštas skyrių reklaminis apipavidalinimas (toliau - prekės), įskaitant, bet neapsiribojant Tiekėjo sąskaita: 1.1. prekių (ir/ ar joms reikalingų medžiagų, detalių (pvz., lipdukų, iškabų ir kt.)), reikalingų apipavidalinimo atlikimui, įsigijimą ir / ar pagaminimą; 1.2. prekių transportavimą; 1.3. pasiruošimą montavimui (pvz., trečiųjų asmenų ar valstybės/ savivaldybės institucijų reikalingų sutikimų/ leidimų gavimą ir kt., kas būtina prekių pilnaverčiam naudojimo užtikrinimui, vietos nuvalymą prieš atliekant apipavidalinimą, senų lipdukų (jeigu reikalinga) nuėmimą) ir montavimą; 1.4. apipavidalinimo/ montavimo atlikimui reikalingos įrangos, įrankių ar technikos užtikrinimą ir pristatymą į apipavidalinimo vietą; 1.5. jei reikalingas leidimas - reikalingų projektų ir kitų dokumentų parengimą, reikalingų leidimų gavimą; 1.6. reklaminio apipavidalinimo vietos ir atliekų sutvarkymą, atlikus apipavidalinimą. 2.Pirkimo objektas skaidomas į šias dalis: 2.1. I (pirmoji) pirkimo dalis- Rytų regiono skyrių reklaminis apipavidalinimas (toliau - I PD) 2.2. II (antroji) pirkimo dalis- Vidurio regiono skyrių reklaminis apipavidalinimas (toliau - II PD); 2.3. III (trečioji) pirkimo dalis- Vakarų regiono skyrių reklaminis apipavidalinimas (toliau - III PD).
