Perkantysis subjektas vykdydamas projektą „Vandens tiekimo ir nuotekų tvarkymo infrastruktūros plėtra Biržų rajono savivaldybėje“ parengtą remiantis 2022-2030 metų Regionų plėtros programa, 2022-2030 metų plėtros programos valdytojos Lietuvos Respublikos aplinkos ministerijos aplinkos apsaugos ir klimato kaitos valdymo plėtros programa bei Regioninės pažangos priemonės Nr. 02-001-06-07-02 (RE) „Didinti geriamojo vandens tiekimo ir nuotekų tvarkymo paslaugų prieinamumą“ finansavimo gairėmis numato įsigyti Biržų miesto vandens gerinimo įrenginių remonto techninio darbo projekto parengimo paslaugas kurios apima vandens gerinimo įrenginių parinkimo ir įrengimo projektavimo su reikiamų tyrimų atlikimu paslaugas ir kartu statybos rangos darbus kurie apima esamų gręžinių likvidavimo, griovimo darbus bei vandens gerinimo įrenginių montavimo ir vandens gerinimo įrenginių statinių remonto darbus. Pirkimo objektas be kita ko apima kadastrinių matavimų atlikimą ir visas galimas ir įmanomas paslaugas bei darbus iki visiškai pasiekto rezultato perdavimo perkančiajam subjektui už tiekėjo pasiūlyme nurodytą bendrą kainą. Tai yra tiekėjas už pasiūlyme nurodytą bendrą kainą turės atlikti visas paslaugas ir darbus iki galo „iki rakto“.
