Description

Perkančioji organizacija numato įsigyti Chemijos g., Kaune, kapitalinio remonto rangos darbus. Darbai iš dalies finansuojami pagal 2021-2027 metų Europos Sąjungos fondų investicijų programos įgyvendinimo regioninę priemonę Nr.10-001-06-01-03 (RE) „Skatinti darnų judumą miestuose“. Projekto pavadinimas „Chemijos g. pėsčiųjų ir dviračių tako įrengimas“, projekto Nr. 22-105-P-0001. Apibūdinimas: Rangovas įsipareigoja per Sutartyje nustatytus Darbų atlikimo ir Statybos užbaigimo terminus, laikydamasis Darbų vykdymo grafiko, Sutartyje nustatytomis sąlygomis atlikti, perduoti ir užbaigti Chemijos g., Kaune, kapitalinio remonto darbus pagal parengtą Techninį darbo projektą („Kauno miesto Chemijos gatvės, kapitalinio remonto Kauno m. sav. projektas“) ir suteikti Darbams atlikti būtinas Inžinerines paslaugas, įrengti nuolatinę informacinę lentelę, kaip numatyta Sutartyje, bei ištaisyti po Darbų atlikimo termino nustatytus defektus. .
