Perkančioji organizacija numato įsigyti apsauginės signalizacijos ir praėjimo kontrolės, kompiuterinių tinklų ir ryšių įrangą (toliau - Įranga arba Prekės). Reikalavimai pirkimo objektui nustatyti specialiųjų pirkimo sąlygų 2 priede „Techninė specifikacija”. Pirkimo objektas skaidomas į 2 (dvi) dalis, kurių apimtys ir dalykas, reikalavimai ir techninė specifikacija apibrėžti specialiųjų pirkimo sąlygų 2 priede „Techninė specifikacija”. Perkančioji organizacija sudarys vieną sutartį dėl pirkimo dalių, dėl kurių laimėtoju nustatytas tas pats tiekėjas. Perkančioji organizacija ekonomiškai naudingiausią pasiūlymą išrenka pagal kainos ir kokybės santykį.
