Perkančioji organizacija, vadovaudamasi LR Viešųjų pirkimų įstatymo (toliau - VPĮ) 63 str. 1 d. 2 p., vykdo skelbiamas derybas „Vaistai (Nr. 10872-1)“, (toliau - Derybos), neskelbiant skelbimo apie pirkimą. Dalyvauti Derybose ir pateikti galutinius pasiūlymus kviečiami visi tiekėjai, kurių pasiūlymai, pateikti atvirame tarptautiniame konkurse „Vaistai ir medicininės paskirties priemonės (Nr. 9762-5)“, Centrinės viešųjų pirkimų informacinės sistemos (toliau - CVP IS) pirkimo ID 5734827 (toliau - Atviras konkursas), buvo atmesti kaip nepriimtini. Derybos vykdomos 2 žingsniais, iš esmės nekeičiant Atviro konkurso sąlygų, šiose derybų vykdymo sąlygose nustatyta tvarka. Galutiniai pasiūlymai teikiami tik 2-ame žingsnyje. Derybų 1-ame žingsnyje perkančioji organizacija prašo neteikti pasiūlymų. Perkamos prekės-vaistai, prekių tiekimo laikotarpis 24 mėn.
