Perkančioji organizacija, vadovaudamasi LR Viešųjų pirkimų įstatymo (toliau - VPĮ) 63 str. 1 d. 2 p., vykdo skelbiamas derybas „Chirurginiai implantai (Nr. 10839-1)“, (toliau - Derybos), neskelbiant skelbimo apie pirkimą, ID Nr. 6547672. Dalyvauti Derybose ir pateikti galutinius pasiūlymus kviečiami visi tiekėjai, kurių pasiūlymai, pateikti atvirame tarptautiniame konkurse „Chirurginiai implantai (Nr. 10166-2)“, Centrinės viešųjų pirkimų informacinės sistemos (toliau - CVP IS) pirkimo ID 6003112 (toliau - Atviras konkursas), buvo atmesti kaip nepriimtini (4 p.d. Rakinamos distalinės lateralinės šlaunikaulio plokštelės su MIS (minimal invasive system) nukreipėjais, 5 p.d. Poliaksialinio rakinamo distalinės lateralinės šlaunikaulio plokštelės su MIS (minimal invasive system) nukreipėjais komplikuotiems lūžiams; 8 p.d. Rekonstrukcinės plokštelės; 16 p.d. Plokštelės ilgų kaulų osteosintezei tinkančios dilbiui). Sutarties galiojimo laikotarpis 24 mėn., su galimybe pratęsti vieną kartą 12 mėn. 1. Rakinamos distalinės lateralinės šlaunikaulio plokštelės su MIS (minimal invasive system) nukreipėjais (buvusi 4 pirkimo dalis).; 2. Poliaksialinio rakinimo distalinės lateralinės šlaunikaulio plokštelės su MIS (minimal invasive system) nukreipėjais komplikuotiems lūžiams (buvusi 5 pirkimo dalis); 3. Rekonstrukcinės plokštelės (buvusi 8 pirkimo dalis); 4. Plokštelės ilgų kaulų osteosintezei tinkančios dilbiui (buvusi 16 pirkimo dalis)
