Lithuania - Audit services - External assessment of the activities of internal audit services of public legal persons of the state

The contracting authority is procuring audit services consisting of an external assessment of the activities of each internal audit service of public legal persons of the state. The provider must carry out an external evaluation of every service, prepare external assessment reports, eleven reports in total, and present conclusions and recommendations for improving the services' activities. The aim is to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the internal audit services' operations. The scope covers all eleven services, each assessed individually with its own report and improvement recommendations.
