The buyer is procuring the design, installation and servicing of intelligent video surveillance systems, including security cameras. Bids will be evaluated under the economically most advantageous tender criterion, which is price. Compliance with requirements under Article 58(4)(1), points 1, 2, 3 and 6 of the Public Procurement Law (BPS 12.5 and 13.4), and under Article 50(9) of the Public Procurement Law and Article 47(9) of the Utilities Procurement Law (BPS 14.2) will be verified. An abnormally high price is any price exceeding 200,000.00 EUR excluding VAT. Bid security is 1 percent of the contract price excluding VAT, and the contract will be concluded for the maximum possible contract value of 200,000.00 EUR excluding VAT.
