Die Lieferung erfolgt nach FL-9496 Balzers. Für den Bau des BESS besteht bereits eine Baugenehmigung, welche den Rahmen für das maximale Volumen festlegt. Der Angebotssteller liefert die Komponenten an den Anlagenstandort, wo sie durch die LKW eingebracht und verkabelt werden. Die Inbetriebnahme erfolgt wiederum durch den Angebotssteller. Die angegebene Vertragslaufzeit von 132 Monaten umfasst eine Ausführungsfrist von max. 12 Monaten bis zur Inbetriebnahme sowie die im Vertragsentwurf festgelegte zwingende Gewährleistungs- und Servicephase von 120 Monaten.
