Actualment la zona a urbanitzar és una zona de forma rectangular dividida en dos trams amb material de paviment diferent, un tram pavimentat amb formigó, i l’altre amb terra. Hi ha instal·lacions aèries i subterrades que es mantindran S’enderrocarà el paviment de la rampa i l’esglaonat que dona accés al nou ajuntament, per millorar l’accessibilitat. Es continuarà el muret existent amb gero i es remolinarà. S’enderrocarà la barana de gelosia ceràmica i es substituirà per a tanca de simple torsió i vegetació.
