És objecte del present plec la contractació promoguda per l’Ajuntament de Caldes de Malavella consistent en el subministrament en règim de lloguer d’una carpa i serveis , part dels seus complements i de la instal·lació elèctrica i de protecció contra incendis; amb transport, muntatge, desmuntatge, supervisió i manteniment per la Festa Major de Caldes de Malavella que es celebra aproximadament en el període comprès entre deu dies abans i quatre dies després del primer diumenge del mes d’agost. Totes les prestacions que delimiten l’objecte del present contracte es preveuen en el plec de prescripcions tècniques.
