Iepirkuma priekšmets ir Slokas notekūdeņu attīrīšanas iekārtu pārbūve darbības efektivitātes paaugstināšanai. Būvniecība paredzēta atbilstoši zematslēgas līguma nosacījumiem - Starptautiskās Inženierkonsultantu Federācijas (FIDIC) "Iekārtu piegādes un projektēšanas būvniecības darbu līguma noteikumi elektriskajiem un mehāniskajiem darbiem, būvniecības un inženierdarbiem, kuru projektēšanu veic uzņēmējs", 1999. gada redakcija (FIDIC Dzeltenā grāmata), saskaņā ar tehnisko specifikāciju (A pielikums)
