Lancaster Farms - Therapeutic Community Plus Service

The authority intends to procure a Therapeutic Community Plus (TC+) service at HMP Lancaster Farms as part of the Offender Personality Disorder (OPD) Pathway. The service is a specialist residential therapeutic treatment programme for men with mild to moderate learning disabilities who have complex psychological and emotional needs linked to offending behaviour. It will operate in a 12 to 14 bed therapeutic community, delivered in partnership with HMPPS and healthcare providers. The provider must deliver specialist clinical services according to CSAAP-accredited TC+ programme manuals and standards, supply qualified clinical professionals including a Clinical Lead Psychotherapist and Learning Disability Specialist, provide access to occupational, speech and language and creative therapy, deliver therapeutic interventions, report performance data, maintain clinical oversight and collaborate with HMPPS, probation and mental health services. The contract start date is not yet confirmed.
