Вимоги щодо ступеня локалізації виробництва, передбачені пунктом 6¹ розділу X «Прикінцеві та перехідні положення» Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», не застосовуються до цієї закупівлі, оскільки предметом закупівлі є товар, який не належить до переліку товарів, визначених підпунктами 2 та 3 пункту 6¹ розділу X зазначеного Закону, щодо яких встановлено вимогу про ступінь локалізації виробництва. У зв’язку з цим вимоги щодо підтвердження ступеня локалізації виробництва та надання учасниками документів, що підтверджують відповідність товару встановленому ступеню локалізації виробництва, у складі тендерних пропозицій не встановлюються.
