Αντικείμενο της Σύμβασης είναι η προμήθεια 600 τόνων (±30) τοις εκατό διαλύματος Χλωριούχου Σιδήρου (FeCl2 ή μείγμα FeCl2/FeCl3) για περίοδο δώδεκα (12) μηνών, με δυνατότητα επέκτασης της σύμβασης για πρόσθετη περίοδο μέχρι δώδεκα (12) μήνες για προμήθεια επιπρόσθετων 600 τόνων (±30) τοις εκατό διαλύματος Χλωριούχου Σιδήρου, με επιπλέον δυνατότητα επέκτασης της σύμβασης για πρόσθετη περίοδο μέχρι δώδεκα (12) μήνες για προμήθεια επιπρόσθετων 600 τόνων (±30) τοις εκατό διαλύματος Χλωριούχου Σιδήρου (νοουμένου ότι και τα δύο μέρη συμφωνούν με τους ίδιους όρους και τις ίδιες τιμές), όπως περιγράφεται αναλυτικότερα στα έγγραφα του διαγωνισμού.
