Αντικείμενο της Σύμβασης είναι η τοποθέτηση, κρεβατιών θάλασσας και ομπρελών για ενοικίαση ή παραχώρηση σε λουομένους, σε καθορισμένα σημεία της παραλίας του Κοινοτικού Συμβουλίου Πεντακώμου, που καταγράφονται στο συνημμένο ΠΑΡΑΡΤΗΜΑ Ι με βάση τα εγκριμένα από την Κεντρική Επιτροπή Παραλιών Σχέδια Χρήσης της Παραλίας. Σ.Π.Υ 3 (Εστιατόριο ‘Λευκόνοικο’) Εμβαδόν: 320 τ.μ. Βρίσκεται στην τοποθεσία Ακτή του Κυβερνήτη όπως φαίνεται στα σχέδια παραλίας του Κοινοτικού Συμβουλίου Πεντακώμου και έχει χωρητικότητα 40 κρεβατιών και 20 ομπρελών.
