Description

Art der Leistung Gegenstand der Beauftragung sind die zur Umsetzung des unter dem Punkt 1 beschriebenen Vorhabens erforderlichen Fachplanungsleistungen zum Leistungsbild Freianlagenplanung in den Leistungsphasen 1-3 (Stufe 1) und 4-9 (Stufe 2) gemäß § 39 HOAI 2021. Der Auftragnehmer hat zu den jeweils beauftragten Leistungsphasen sämtliche Grundleistungen zu erbringen. Vereinbart werden die Honorarzone IV - Basishonorarsatz. Planungsleistungen werden nach HOAI 2021 stufenweise, wie folgt, vergeben: Stufe 1: Leistungsphase 1-3 Stufe 2: Leistungsphase 4-9 Umfang der Leistung Wichtigste Ziele bei der Aufwertung der Außenanlagen der KTE Lirich sind - Gestalterische und funktionale Aufwertung des Außenbereichs, insbesondere unter Berücksichtigung des Themas der Inklusion - Inklusive Planung der Kinderspielgeräte - Schaffung eines "Kühlen Ortes" durch die Gestaltung des Wasserspiels mit Pumpenanlage - Berücksichtigung des Spielhügels in die Gestaltung
