Умови поставки та оплати: Країною-походження товару не може бути Російська Федерація/Республіка Білорусь/Ісламська Республіка Іран. Детальні умови поставки та оплати зазначені в проекті договору. Порівняння пропозицій учасників проводиться без урахування розміру податку на додану вартість. Учасник зазначає загальну ціну без ПДВ. Поставка Товарів здійснюється на умовах DDP «Поставка зі сплатою мита» (місце поставки згідно з Специфікацією), ІНКОТЕРМС (Офіційні правила тлумачення торговельних термінів Міжнародної Торгової Палати (редакція 2010 року), з урахуванням умов п. п. 5.1. та 5.2. цього Договору. Покупець зобов’язаний оплатити вартість переданих Постачальником та прийнятих Покупцем Товарів не раніше 20 (двадцяти) та не пізніше 30 (тридцяти) календарних днів з дати поставки, визначеної в п. 5.1. цього Договору.
