A municipal primary health care centre in Khmelnytskyi purchased a combined rapid test for detecting COVID-19 antigen and influenza A/B, type MI-S43, an in vitro diagnostic immunochromatographic rapid test kit. The buyer was the Municipal Enterprise 'Khmelnytskyi City Primary Health Care Centre No. 1' of the Khmelnytskyi City Council. The supplier selection was carried out under a request for proposals from suppliers. The contract was awarded to LLC 'EKSDIA PLUS' on 24 September 2026. The estimated value was UAH 65,000. Delivery had to be completed no later than 15 October 2026, and the goods could not originate from Russia, Belarus or Iran.
