Відповідно до Постанови КМУ від 5 лютого 2026 р. № 132 "Про внесення змін до постанов Кабінету Міністрів України від 14 вересня 2020 р. № 822 і від 12 жовтня 2022 р. № 1178" - з 01.07.2026 року замовник визначає в плані очікувану вартість з ПДВ, якщо предмет закупівлі підлягає оподаткуванню. Закупівлю оголошує без ПДВ. Пропозиції подаються учасниками без ПДВ. Система визначає найбільш економічно вигідну пропозицію без ПДВ. Замовник розглядає пропозицію учасника теж без ПДВ. При підписання договору, якщо переможець є платником ПДВ, договір підписується і публікується з ПДВ.
