Description

Строк (термін) поставки (передачі) товару до 31 жовтня 2026р. Передача бланків-дозволів (талонів) на пальне здійснюється на підставі Заявки Замовника протягом 3 днів, з моменту отримання такої Заявки Постачальником. Заявка може бути передана Постачальнику або факсимільним зв’язком, або електронною поштою, або особисто, або поштовим зв’язком. Передача товару у власність Покупця здійснюється за паливними талонами, номіналом 5 та/або 10, та/або 20 літрів, та/або 50 літрів.. Місце поставки Товару: АЗС Яворівського району, яка знаходиться в межах трьох кілометрів від місцезнаходження Замовника, а саме: 81300, Львівська обл., Яворівський р-н, м. Мостиська, вул. Галицька, 7. Відпуск пального повинен відбуватись по талонах на автозаправній станції (АЗС), яка знаходяться в межах трьох кілометрів від місцезнаходження Замовника, а саме: 81300, Львівська обл., Яворівський р-н, м. Мостиська, вул. Галицька, 7 та на якій є обов’язкова гарантована можливість заправки по паливних талонах, наданих Постачальником. Постачальник несе повну відповідальність за дотримання встановлених законодавством України обмежень щодо ввезення товарів на митну територію України. Країною-походження Товару не може бути Російська Федерація/ Республіка Білорусь/ Ісламська Республіка Іран.
