Фактом подання цінової пропозиції учасник підтверджує, що запропонований товар не є походженням з Російської Федерації/Республіки Білорусь/Ісламської Республіки Іран. Строк (термін) поставки (передачі) товарів: по 31 грудня 2026 року. Встановлюється у строк не пізніше трьох робочих днів після отримання заявки від Замовника з дотриманням вимог транспортування та зберігання. Постачання здійснюється згідно з найменуваннями, зазначеними у Специфікації договору і має бути виконано . Поставка товару повинна здійснюватись в присутності представника постачальника. Місце поставки (передачі) товарів: 61037, м. Харків проспект Героїв Харкова 195 (3-й поверх 5-ти поверхового корпусу). Товар постачається з терміном придатності не менше ніж 80% від загального терміну зберігання на момент поставки. З іншим терміном придатності - за погодженням із Замовником. Поставка товару здійснюється до місць використання товару. Навантажувально-розвантажувальні роботи та підйом товару до вказаного Замовником поверху здійснюється за рахунок Постачальника. Умови оплати договору (порядок здійснення розрахунків) - оплата після події - поставка товару; тип оплати - післяплата; період (днів) - 30; тип днів - календарні; розмір оплати, % - 100.
