Постанова Кабінету Міністрів України "Про затвердження особливостей здійснення публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг для замовників, передбачених Законом України “Про публічні закупівлі”, на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану в Україні та протягом 90 днів з дня його припинення або скасування", від 12 жовтня 2022 р. № 1178, із змінами, п.10 Технічні, якісні та медико-технічні характеристики предмета закупівлі визначені на основі реальних потреб лікарні, стандартів надання медичної допомоги та чинних Технічних регламентів щодо медичних виробів (Постанови КМУ № 753, 754). Обладнання, що закуповується, повинно мати: • Живлення від стандартної мережі 220 В та споживчу потужність до 200 Вт. • Автоматичний та ручний режими нагріву в діапазоні 33,0 °C - 39,0 °C з високою однорідністю температури контактної поверхні (±1 °C). • Комплексну систему сигналізації (тривог) для максимальної безпеки пацієнта та сенсорний екран керування з підтримкою української мови. • Повну комплектацію: блок керування, нагрівальний матрац (1900х530х30 мм) та нагрівальна ковдра (1660х530х15 мм).
