Встановлюється у строк не пізніше трьох робочих днів після отримання заявки від Замовника з дотриманням вимог транспортування та зберігання. Постачання здійснюється згідно з найменуваннями, зазначеними у Специфікації цього договору і має бути виконано . Поставка товару повинна здійснюватись в присутності представника постачальника. Місце поставки (передачі) товарів: 61037, м. Харків проспект Героїв Харкова 195 (3-й поверх 5-ти поверхового корпусу). Товар постачається з терміном придатності не менше ніж 80% від загального терміну зберігання на момент поставки. Поставка товару здійснюється до місць використання товару. Навантажувально-розвантажувальні роботи та підйом товару до вказаного Замовником поверху здійснюється за рахунок Постачальника.
