Якщо документи викладені іншими мовами, учасник надає документ мовою оригіналу з обов’язковим перекладом українською мовою. Тексти повинні бути автентичними, визначальним є текст, викладений українською мовою. Відповідальність за якість та достовірність перекладу несе учасник. 1Ця вимога не стосується документів, що подаються учасниками на підтвердження відповідності товару технічним і якісним характеристикам, які в оригіналі складені російською мовою (зокрема, але не виключно: ТУ, кресленики, паспорт, інструкція, тощо), а також документівнаданихстороннімипідприємствами, організаціямичиустановами (зокрема, але не виключно: договори, накладні, акти, виписки, листи, технічніспецифікації, сертифікати, паспортитощо). 1Ця вимога не стосуєтьсядокументів про освіту, записів в трудових книжках, посвідченьводія, посвідчень про перевіркузнань, якіможуть бути складеніукраїнською та/або російською мовами.
