Країною походження товару не може бути Російська Федерація/Республіка Білорусь/ Ісламська Республіка Іран. Шляхом надання пропозиції учасник підтверджує, що запропонований товар не є товаром, що походить з Російської Федерації, Республіки Білорусь або Ісламської Республіки Іран відповідно до вимог постанови Кабінету Міністрів України №822 На загальну вартість цього Договору застосовується нульова ставка ПДВ, відповідно до постанови КМУ від 02.03.2022 № 178 «Деякі питання обкладання податком на додану вартість за нульовою ставкою у період воєнного стану». Постачальник має забезпечити місцезнаходження власних чи орендованих автозаправних станцій (надалі - АЗС): в межах смт. Війтівці, Хмельницької області, та/або з віддаленням не більше ніж 10-15 км від смт. Перелік мережі АЗС, де здійснюється відпуск (видача) Товару зазначається у Додатку № 2 до Договору; Якщо Учасник для здійснення заправки за талонами буде пропонувати партнерські АЗС, то він повинен при укладені договору надати гарантійний лист від такого партнера про гарантування безумовного, цілодобового та безперебійного здійснення відпуску пального на АЗС, протягом дії талонів єдиного зразка учасника
