The contract shall be awarded for the maximum contract value on a call off basis payable on the volume of activity undertaken with no commitment to spend.
Initial contract term of 17/08/2024 to 31/10/2027 with the option to extend for 2 periods of up to 12 months each.
Option to extend for 2 periods of up to 12 months each.
Maximum contract value (including optional extensions) £180,000.00 (ex VAT)
Maximum contract value for the initial term £60,000.00 (ex VAT)
Maximum contract value for each optional extension £60,000.00 (ex VAT)
