Works contract covering the capital repair of a building belonging to the Kedainiai district police, together with a change of its designated use. The works include renovating the existing administrative building (classification 7.2) and converting it into a special-purpose building (classification 7.16). The scope comprises the construction works needed to bring the structure into the required condition and to adapt its layout, installations and functionality so it meets the requirements applicable to buildings of the new purpose category. The place of performance is the Kedainiai district in Lithuania.
