Під кількістю 1 робота слід розуміти обсяг, визначений Технічною специфікацією. Згідно НАСТАНОВИ з визначення вартості будівництва: Замовником визначено очікувану вартість предмета закупівлі згідно зведеного кошторисного розрахунку, відповідно до Настанови з визначення вартості проектних, науково-проектних, вишукувальних робіт та експертизи проектної документації на будівництво з урахуванням змін. Замовником враховано в очікуваній вартості ризики в сумі 102 456 грн. без урахування ПДВ. У ціні пропозиції учасника процедури закупівлі (договірній ціні) кожен учасник процедури закупівлі фіксує однаковий розмір відсотка на покриття ризиків у розмірі 2,4% від будівельних робіт з урахуваням устаткування, меблів та інвентарю. Ця сума коштів відображається в подальшому в договірній ціні. Порядок використання таких коштів передбачений у проекті договору про закупівлю.».
