Закупівля проводиться з урахуванням особливостей, затверджених постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 12 жовтня 2022 р. № 1178 «Про затвердження особливостей здійснення публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг для замовників, передбачених Законом України “Про публічні закупівлі”, на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану в Україні та протягом 90 днів з дня його припинення або скасування» (зі змінами) та відповідно до Програми зі створення безбар'єрного простору в місті Дніпрі на 2024-2028 роки (зі змінами), затвердженої рішенням Дніпровської міської ради від 31.01.2024 року № 17/46 з метою реалізації Національної стратегії із створення безбар'єрного простору та у відповідності до кошторисної документації на проведення робіт з капітального ремонту
