Закупівля проводиться за кошти місцевого бюджету. Категорія Замовника: юридичні особи, які є підприємствами, установами, організаціями (крім тих, які визначені у п. 1 і п. 2 ч. 1 ст. 2 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі») та їх об’єднання, які забезпечують потреби держави або територіальної громади, якщо така діяльність не здійснюється на промисловій чи комерційній основі, зазначені у п. 3 ч. 1 ст. 2 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі». Під час проведення процедури закупівлі усі документи, що мають відношення до тендерної пропозиції та складаються безпосередньо учасником, викладаються українською мовою. У разі надання інших документів складених мовою іншою ніж українська мова, такі документи повинні супроводжуватися перекладом українською мовою, переклад (або справжність підпису перекладача) - засвідчений нотаріально або легалізований у встановленому законодавством України порядку. Тексти повинні бути автентичними, визначальним є текст, викладений українською мовою.
