Кабачки свіжі першого товарного сорту, довжина 7-26 см, ДСТУ 318-91; Товар має супроводжуватися декларацією виробника (або свідоцтвом про якість товару, або якісним посвідченням тощо), яка містить наступну інформацію: - назву та адресу виробника; - назву харчового продукту та іншу інформацію, необхідну для ідентифікації продукту (в т. ч. масу партії); - посилання на санітарні заходи, технічні регламенти або стандарти, відповідність з якими засвідчується; - умови, за яких така відповідність буде підтримуватися (умови транспортування, зберігання та інші умови обігу); - дату видачі, ім’я, підпис та посаду особи, яка видала документ; - посилання на експертні висновки або протоколи досліджень тощо (із вказанням найменування уповноваженої акредитованої лабораторії, номеру та дати) на підставі яких встановлена відповідність товару. Поставка товару здійснюється в робочі дні з 08.00 год до 16.00 год.
