Predmet ovog postupka je nabavka usluge “print” servisa za period od tri godine. Nabavka se provodi zbog smanjenja troškova štampanja kroz optimizaciju upotrebe štampača, optimizaciju korištenja potrošnog materijala za štampanje i unapređenja upravljanja štampom i održavanja štampača u cijeloj Kompaniji. Tendersku dokumentaciju registrovani ponuđači mogu preuzeti isključivo sa Portala javnih nabavki, na sljedećoj adresi: https://www.ejn.gov.ba/Home/Index. Drugi način dostavljanja tenderske dokumentacije, nije moguć. Da bi ponuđač mogao preuzeti tendersku dokumentaciju mora biti registrovan na Portalu JN. Registracija ponuđača se vrši samo jednom i to je postupak koji traje par dana, te nakon registracije ponuđači mogu neograničeno preuzimati tenderske dokumetacije.
