JN-OP-193/2026 nabavka robe: kancelarijski namještaj, inventar, stolice, sef Preuzimanje tenderske dokumentacije vrši se na način da zainteresirani gospodarski subjekti iz članka 2. stavak (1) točka c) Zakona koji su registrirani na Portalu JN, bez naknade, preuzimaju tendersku dokumentaciju objavljenu na Portalu JN. Objavom tenderske dokumentacije na Portalu JN onemogućeno je dostavljanje iste na druge načine predviđene člankom 55. stav (1) točka a)-c) Zakona. Također, za istu se ne zahtjeva novčana naknada za preuzimanje. www.ejn.gov.ba/home/Index Tenderska dokumentacija može se preuzeti više puta za isti postupak javne nabavke. Ako korisnik sistema preuzme tendersku dokumentaciju za isti postupak javne nabavke više puta, rok za žalbu iz člana 101. stav (1) točka b) Zakona računa se od prvog preuzimanja tenderske dokumentacije.
