Description

Predmet ovog postupka je nabavka antikorozivne zaštite metalnih konstrukcija na dalekovodima u vlasništvu kompanije “Elektroprenos - Elektroprijenos BiH” a.d. Banja Luka, u skladu sa tehničkim zahtjevima i specifikacijama iz Priloga 8. Tehnički zahtjevi i specifikacije. Trošak pripreme ponude i podnošenja ponude u cjelini snosi ponuđač. Ugovorni organ objavljuje tendersku dokumentaciju, istovremeno s objavom obavještenja o nabavci, na Portalu JN, u skladu sa članom 53. stav (2) ZJN i članom 8. st. (1) i (2) Uputstva o uslovima i načinu objavljivanja obavještenja i dostavljanja izvještaja o postupcima javnih nabavki na Portalu javnih nabavki („Službeni glasnik BiH“, broj 80/22). Preuzimanje tenderske dokumentacije vrši se na način da zainteresovani privredni subjekti iz člana 2. stav (1) tačka c) ZJN koji su registrovani na Portalu JN, bez naknade, preuzimaju tendersku dokumentaciju objavljenu na Portalu JN. Objavom tenderske dokumentacije na Portalu JN onemogućeno je dostavljanje iste na druge načine. Također, za istu se ne zahtjeva novčana naknada za preuzimanje. Kompletna tenderska dokumentacija, za uvid, biće objavljena na web stranici Ugovornog organa i to: www.elprenos.ba.
