Execution of construction and installation works for the project 'Construction of Rila Street in the village of Katselovo, Dve Mogili Municipality, Ruse Province'

This public contract covers the execution of construction and installation works for building Rila Street in the village of Katselovo, Dve Mogili Municipality, Ruse Province, Bulgaria. The works include carrying out all construction and installation activities, together with the supply of raw materials and materials, machinery, labour and all services and activities necessary to complete the construction, in accordance with the technical specification and the bill of quantities. The contract also includes warranty liability under the conditions and requirements of Ordinance No 2 of 2003 on the commissioning of buildings in the Republic of Bulgaria and minimum warranty periods for construction and installation works, related to Article 160(4) and (5) of the Spatial Development Act. Warranty periods run from the day the building site is commissioned. An approved investment project has been prepared and a building permit issued. Contractors must carry out the activities in accordance with the Spatial Development Act and its implementing regulations. Full details of the scope, volume and technical requirements are set out in Part II 'Technical Specification' and the investment project, integral parts of the participation documents.
