Description

Изпълнението на строително-монтажните работи (СМР) за обекта се извършва в съответствие с част трета „Строителство” от Закон за устройство на територията (ЗУТ) и започва след издаване на разрешение за строеж от компетентния орган. Строително - монтажни дейности, предвидени за изграждане ще се изпълняват съгласно одобрен и съгласуван инвестиционен проект и Разрешение за строеж № 11/31.01.2025 г., издадено от гл.архитект на Община Гърмен.Строително-монтажни работи, които са предвидени за изпълнение са описани в инвестиционния проект, който е неразделна част от настоящата документация. Конкретните видове и количества СМР, които подлежат на изпълнение са посочени в количествена сметка, съставляваща неразделна част от техническата спецификация към настоящата поръчка.Инвестиционният проект и разрешението за строеж са неразделна част от настоящата документация за участие и са задължителни за участниците.
