Обектът, предмет на настоящата обществена поръчка, се намира на улица „Лечо Гайдаря“, гр. Тетевен, община Тетевен. Равнинността на терена прави подходящо развитието на различни по функция зони, свързани с отдиха на открито, игрите, спорта и развлечения. Съществуващото положение се състои от тревни площи без дървесна растителност. Налице е обслужващ тротоар от южната страна към улица „Лечо Гайдаря“. ТСъгласно одобрения инвестиционен проект строежът се категоризира като строеж от IV категория съгласно чл. 137, ал. 1, т. 4, буква „г“ от ЗУТ и чл. 8, ал. 4 от Наредба №1 за номенклатурата на видовете строежи (ДВ, бр. 72 от 2003г.). За настоящата обществена поръчка има разработен и одобрен инвестиционен проект. Строително-монтажните работи следва да се изпълняват съгласно одобрения инвестиционен проект. Пълната информация относно обхвата, обема и техническите изисквания към изпълнението, са описани и регламентирани в „Техническата спецификация“ на документацията за общ. поръч.
