Description

Обектът на поръчка  са строително - монтажни и ремонтни работи съгласно чл. 3, ал. 1, т. 1, буква „б” от ЗОП. Предметът на обществената поръчка обхваща изпълнение на строителни -монтажни и ремонтни работи за извършване на строителство на обект "Изграждане на подпорна стена на улица в село Долно Дряново от о.т. 33а-33б-33в-33г, общ. Гърмен".Строежът е четвърта  категория, съгласно чл. 151, ал.1, т.1 от Закона за устройство на територията.            Описание на поръчка:Изпълнението на строително-монтажните и ремонтни работи  на обекта се извършва в съответствие с част трета „Строителство” от Закон за устройство на територията (ЗУТ) .В съответствие с разпоредбата на чл. 48 от ЗОП, към настоящите указания, Възложителят предоставя  Техническа спецификация, от която участниците могат да получат в пълен обем необходимата информация, касаеща предмета на настоящата обществена поръчка.
